FAQs

When is your next litter expected?

We are a small family breeder and only have a small number of litters per year. The best way to keep updated on expected arrivals is by our Facebook and Instagram pages where you’ll find our pregnancy and birth announcements! In 2021, we expect to have 4 litters - 2 early in the year, 1 mid year and a final towards the end of the year.

Can I pay a deposit for a pup before it is born?

No - we do not take any deposits before our pups are born or before we meet you. Again, we’d hate for anything to happen during the delivery of the pups and not be able to give your family your much wanted puppy. Deposits are payable within 48 hours of choosing your pup. We usually allow this to happen around the 3 week mark. You will however know you’ve secured a pup before this time.

I’ve put in an application now what?

Due to the large amount of applications we receive, whilst we try, we unfortunately cannot reply to everyone. We understand how frustrating this can be. Please reach out to us via our contact page or Facebook if you think your application has not been received and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer transport for your puppies?

No - this is a personal decision for our family. We have heard a number of stories that have ended in tragedy and for this reason alone we do no offer transport. However, depending on the distance we are more than happy to help you out either with delivery, or meeting somewhere (this may come with a small cost). We can talk about this more once your deposit is made.

Why don’t you have a wait list?

There is two reasons we choose to not have a waitlist! Firstly, our pups become part of our family, we like to get to know their new families and make sure they are the right fit for the pup and his/her personality. Secondly, with puppies in such high demand at the moment we do not want to make any promises to families that we may not be able to come through with.

Can I visit my puppy before picking it up?

Absolutely!! Once the pups are up and walking around we are more than happy for you to come and have a play and cuddle!* We understand this might not be possible for everyone and will provide as many photos and videos as we can. We also offer video calls for those who might not be able to visit.
*Please note due to the constantly changing COVID pandemic we may have to pause visits for sometime.
