Our Guardian Program
At Family Tree Oodles, our female breeding dogs, known as "Mummas," are meticulously chosen from our own litters or from those of reputable breeders. These selections are based on criteria such as DNA profile, temperament, coat quality, and color. Central to our breeding philosophy is ensuring the well-being and nurturing of our mother dogs in a caring family environment.
Our Mummas enjoy family walks to the park and beach outings, creating a rich and loving atmosphere for both the dogs and their family. To maintain this level of care and attention, we occasionally have openings available in our Guardian Program.
Our Guardian Program facilitates the placement of a puppy with her forever family at 8 weeks of age. The puppy primarily resides with her family but returns to us for breeding and whelping as needed. We acknowledge the bond between families and their pets, thus we not only encourage visits during the time the Mumma and her puppies are under our care, but hold our relationship with our Guardian Families in the highest regard.
